Cancellations
We are a small business that depends on assuring that our rooms are occupied, therefore:
- Cancellations made more than 12 weeks before the planned arrival date will be subject to a charge of 15% of the cost of the booking.
- Cancellations between 12 and 8 weeks of planned arrival date are subject to a charge of 50% of the cost of the booking.
- Cancellations made within 8 weeks of the planned arrival date are subject to a charge of 100% of all deposits made
